Toyol
This blog is going to be ridiculously incredible and incredibly ridiculous (especially if you’re not from Asia) , …. BUT interesting.
It’s about an evil spirit called “Toyol”. You can also google other sites to read background and legend behind this evil spirit.
In a nutshell, this spirit is said to have been conjured up through black magic from dead fetuses, which then serves its masters by stealing things for them.
Well, my family had the unfortunate experience of having had to deal with one of this.
Not long ago, I received phone calls from my mom with disturbing news that large amount of cash and cut halves of jewelry were going missing from home. Everyone suspected my nephew was the thief and the poor boy got spanked for it. When the events recurred and persisted even after all the spanking, they began suspecting that there was more to it than meets the eye. After all, Asians believe a lot in spirits.
My nephew, who has an unusual supernatural gift of seeing evil spirits, began seeing to his horror an infant spirit lurking in the house. Very sneaky and hideous, it was sighted right before valuables went missing.
My nephew then swung into action to track down the nature of this evil spirit and discovered that it goes by the mythical name of “Toyol”. The fact that his neighbour is a Muslim family further confirmed his findings that this “Toyol” spirit was at work, most likely unleashed by his neighbours.
Stuck in a dreadful and desperate situation in a non-christian household, my mom appealed for help from my church. But my church could not do anything except pray. Churches are not at liberty to pray over non-christian houses, especially if owners are overtly resistant to Christianity like my sister.
I then went over on my own, initially with the intention to just visit, hoping that the darn little evil brat would have scrammed by then. But I felt the urge to pray over the house, so I thought I might as well do it and complete the business since I was there.
Feeling a little goosey (as I can also see spirits sometimes) , I nervously spoke a brief but strong prayer over the house, commanding the Toyol spirit to depart and never come back. (See scriptures in orange below).
Needless to say, God is faithful, my family has been living in peace ever since with no more reports of missing / stolen cash and items.
Hallelujah !
Are there valuables mysteriously missing from your home ?
Do you have Muslim neighbours or perhaps neighbours, relatives or friends who dabble in black magic and witchcraft ?
Whether you are a Christian or not, you might wanna consider the possiblity of ”Toyol” as the intruder and culprit !
